Ladders is seeking a Clinical Project Manager - Oncology (Remote, US) to lead client-dedicated oncology studies from start to finish, ensuring strict adherence to GCP and regulatory requirements. You will manage timelines, budgets, and documentation while coordinating cross-functional teams and external stakeholders.

The role demands a hands-on leader capable of anticipating risks, maintaining study momentum, and delivering high-quality outcomes in a regulated environment.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in life sciences, medicine, pharmacy or nursing.
  • Experience in a CRO with therapeutic expertise preferred.
  • Strong knowledge of GCP and regulatory standards.
  • Excellent organizational and time management skills.
  • Strong written and verbal communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Willingness to travel approximately 25% of the time.

Job description

For our client, we are seeking a Clinical Project Manager - Oncology (Client Dedicated/Remote) to join the team of a leader in the Healthcare space.

This role will oversee client-dedicated oncology clinical research initiatives from study start through completion, ensuring strong execution, compliance, and delivery across the project lifecycle.

You will partner closely with internal teams and external stakeholders to manage timelines, budgets, documentation, and communication while supporting high-quality outcomes in a regulated clinical environment.

The position requires a hands-on project leader who can coordinate cross-functional work, anticipate risks, and keep studies moving forward in alignment with GCP and regulatory expectations.

Location: Remote - US based candidates only, no visa sponsorship available

Compensation: $120,000 – $135,000 annually

  • Flexibility to embrace new technologies and adapt to change
  • Willingness to travel approximately 25% of the time
