A life sciences commercialization partner is seeking a Case Manager to support patients in navigating their medication processes. Responsibilities include managing patient cases, conducting welcome calls, and building relationships with clients and healthcare providers. Ideal candidates will have a bachelor's degree and strong communication skills, with a focus on customer service. Qualifications

• Customer service experience is preferred but not required.
• Ability to work an 8.5-hour shift between 8 am to 11 pm, Monday to Friday required.
• Typing at least 35 words per minute with 97% accuracy preferred.

Responsibilities

• Manage patient cases from initiation to closure.
• Build trusted relationships with patients and stakeholders.
• Perform program welcome calls to patients.
