Jushi Holdings Inc. is seeking a Dispensary Patient Consultant to deliver concierge-level service and support a distinctive shopping experience at our retail location.

The role involves assisting patrons, processing transactions, and adhering to company policies and industry regulations in a fast-paced setting. The position requires 2+ years of retail customer service, a high school diploma or GED, and strong communication skills.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or GED required.
• Associate or Bachelor’s degree preferred.
• Minimum 2 years’ experience in customer service in retail.
• Excellent computer, mathematical, language and reasoning skills.
• Bilingual in Spanish preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provide outstanding customer service to patrons.
• Lead tours of the sales floor and make product recommendations.
• Explain patient/member benefits and promotions to drive memberships.
• Maintain store cleanliness and organize stock.
• Operate POS system and manage cash drawer.
• Work as part of a team to meet sales and compliance goals.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
