Job summary

Jushi Holdings Inc. is seeking a Dispensary Patient Consultant to deliver concierge-level service and help guests find products in our retail location.

Candidates should have a High School diploma or GED, 2+ years of retail customer service, strong computer/mathematical/language skills, and Spanish language ability is a plus. The role requires compliance with company policies and industry regulations.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or GED required.
• 2 years' experience in retail customer service.
• Bilingual in Spanish preferred.
• Strong computer, mathematical, language and reasoning skills.

Responsibilities

• Provide outstanding, accurate customer service to patrons.
• Lead tours of sales floor and make product recommendations.
• Maintain knowledge of member benefits, discounts and promotions.
• Handle product safety and regulatory compliance.
• Operate POS system and cash drawer.
• Work as part of a team to meet sales and compliance goals.
