Job summary

Community Clinic in Springdale, AR is seeking a Call Center Agent for a full-time, in-person role. You will handle incoming calls, schedule patient appointments, and verify information at our Springdale Admin location, Monday through Friday 8:00 AM-5:00 PM.

Bilingual ability (Spanish/English or Marshallese/English) is preferred, and experience with electronic medical records is a plus. Excellent benefits accompany the position.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or equivalent is required.
• Experience with electronic medical records is preferred.
• Bilingual ability (Spanish/English or Marshallese/English) is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provides exceptional customer service during all exchanges with patients and other callers.
• Enters new patients into the electronic medical record (EMR) completely and accurately.
• Confirms or updates existing patient demographic information completely and accurately.
• Schedules medical patient appointments and routes dental patient appointment inquiries appropriately.
• Ensures provider schedules are filled according to clinic guidelines.
• Trouble shoots medical calls and routes accordingly.
