Job summary

Clearway is seeking a patient services representative to provide courteous, professional telephone support to patients needing care. The role requires collecting demographics, insurance data, and medical histories, while coordinating schedules and maintaining patient records in a HIPAA-compliant environment.

The ideal candidate has a HS diploma, at least one year of related experience, and strong communication skills.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent.
• 1 year of related experience and/or training.
• Proficiency in Internet and MS Office software (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
• Excellent written and oral communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Answer calls with professional greeting and address patient needs.
• Collect patient demographics, insurance information, and medical histories.
• Schedule appointments and triage high call volume.
• Maintain patient records and ensure HIPAA compliance.
• Communicate with patients via electronic portals and other company channels.
