Job summary

Diversus Health in Colorado Springs is seeking a Call Center Agent I to support our patient-focused services. You will handle inbound and outbound calls, assist with virtual enrollment for Same Day Access, and triage inquiries to scheduling and prescriber teams.

You will thrive in a fast-paced healthcare environment, maintain confidentiality, and document notes accurately in health records systems. A high school diploma and 2+ years in customer service are required; EHR experience is a plus.

Qualifications

• Minimum high school diploma or equivalent.
• 2+ years in customer service.
• Strong data entry and computer skills with MS Office.
• Ability to stay calm with clients.
• Electronic Health Records experience is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Manage the daily operations of inbound and outbound calls.
• Triage calls to Prescriber and Scheduling Management for scheduling.
• Manage incoming chats and enter contact notes.
• Maintain patient confidentiality and accurate service documentation.
• Attend trainings and meetings as designated.
• Represent Diversus Health professionally and ethically.
