Mercy is seeking a Patient Care Assistant (PCA) to assist in individualized patient care under the supervision of an RN or LPN. You will work as part of a cooperative team to support patients’ wellness and comfort.

No prior experience is required. Mercy provides a 175-hour training program during new-hire orientation and requires BLS within one month and PCA competencies within three months. Physical demands include lifting 50 pounds and prolonged standing and walking.

Competenze

• High school diploma or GED required; CNA certification or enrollment preferred.
• No prior experience required; Mercy provides a 175-hour training program during new-hire orientation.
• BLS certification within 1 month of hire; complete PCA competencies within 3 months.
