Mercy is seeking a Patient Care Assistant (PCA) to assist in individualized patient care under the supervision of an RN or LPN. You will work as part of a team to support patients' wellness and perform designated clinical procedures and non-clinical tasks essential to care.

New hires may participate in Mercy's UAP training program; if no prior experience, a 175-hour training program is provided. BLS is required within one month, PCA competencies within three months, with physical requirements
