No prior experience is required; Mercy provides training, including a 175-hour program and BLS certification within one month of hire, with PCA competencies within three months.

Qualifications

• Education: High school diploma or GED or CNA/CPTC or enrolled in a healthcare career program.
• Licensure: BLS required within one month of hire.
• Experience: None required.
