Applicants must hold an unencumbered LPN or RN license, have long‑term care experience, strong leadership, and excellent documentation skills; experience with behavior‑challenged residents is a plus.

Requirements

• Unencumbered LPN or RN license
• Previous long-term care experience
• Strong leadership skills and commitment to Total Quality Management
• Excellent assessment and documentation skills
• Passion for working with the elderly
• Experience with behavior-challenged residents strongly preferred
