Qualifications

• Unencumbered LPN or RN license.
• Previous long-term care experience.
• Strong leadership skills and commitment to Total Quality Management.
• Excellent assessment and documentation skills.
• Passion for working with the elderly.
• Experience with behavior-challenged residents strongly preferred.
