Eastview Manor Care Center is seeking a Resident Care Coordinator to support our elderly residents with compassionate daily care, leadership for staff, and rehabilitation-focused coordination. The role emphasizes thorough assessment, accurate documentation, and prompt response to resident needs.

Applicants should hold an unencumbered LPN or RN license and bring prior long-term care experience. A strong commitment to Total Quality Management and a passion for elder care are essential; experience
