Qualifications

• High school graduate or equivalent.
• 1 year of experience as a Patient Care Assistant or Medical Assistant in the last two years.
• Ability to multitask in a fast-paced team environment with patient focus.

Responsibilities

• Greets patients and completes check-in and check-out processes.
• Answers phones and schedules appointments.
• Escorts patients to exam rooms and prepares rooms for provider visit.
• Maintains patient privacy per HIPAA standards.
• Reviews and updates patient information in EMR systems.
• Performs other duties as needed by providers and supervisors.
