Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Greets patients and completes check-in and check-out processes.
• Answers phones and schedules appointments.
• Escorts patients to exam rooms and prepares rooms for provider visit.
• Maintains patient privacy and HIPAA compliance during visits.
• Reviews patient records in the Epic EMR and updates as needed.
