Capital Health seeks a Nursing Assistant/Health Aide to provide essential patient care in a dynamic hospital setting in Pennington, NJ. You will assist with ADLs, monitor vital signs, and support the nursing team to ensure safe, quality care for patients.

Qualified candidates will have a High School diploma or GED and up to 6 months of Nursing Assistant experience; AED certification is required before end of orientation.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or GED required.
• Six months of Nursing Assistant/Health Aide experience preferred.
• AHA Heartsaver AED certification required before end of orientation period.
• Capital Health UAP Training within 90 days of employment.

Responsabilités

• Assist with ADLs and patient hygiene, monitor vital signs.
• Perform phlebotomy, glucometer testing and EKGs.
• Transport patients, medications, supplies and specimens as needed.
• Document observations and care activities; report changes to RN.
