Qualifications

• Proficient in English with strong verbal and written communication.
• Good public relations and bedside manner.
• Willingness to cooperate with care team and follow RN guidance.

Responsibilities

• Assist with CPR under RN/Physician supervision.
• Document patient care activities accurately in forms or systems.
• Perform activities of daily living and basic care under supervision.
• Reinforce discharge teaching and patient self-care.
• Record vital signs and communicate observations to the RN.
• Support patient safety and report potential risks to the team.
