Qualifications

• Education: High school diploma or GED.
• AHA Heartsaver AED certification.
• Proficient in English with strong verbal and written communication.

Responsibilities

• Assists with CPR under the direction of a Registered Nurse or Physician.
• Documents patient care activities and data accurately using forms or information systems.
• Performs activities of daily living tasks (bathing, feeding, grooming).
• Completes assigned duties within the time frame established by the RN.
• Reinforces transition/discharge teaching and patient self-care.
