Capital Health is seeking a Nursing Assistant/Health Aide to support patient care in a fast-paced environment at our Hopewell, NJ facility. You will assist with activities of daily living, patient transport, vital signs, and documentation under RN supervision, ensuring safety and comfort for patients.

The role requires a High School diploma or GED and six months of CNA experience, or enrollment in an LPN/RN program.

Formación

• Education: High School diploma or GED is required.
• Experience: Six months of Nursing Assistant/Health Aid experience or enrollment in LPN/RN program preferred.
• AHA Heartsaver AED certification required; non-licensed staff must obtain before end of orientation.

Responsabilidades

• Performs supportive patient care duties including ADLs, patient hygiene, vital signs and basic patient transport.
• Documents observations and activities and reports findings to registered nurse.
• Stocks and maintains unit supplies and adheres to safety protocols.
