Jushi is seeking a Customer Care Agent in Las Vegas, NV to deliver exceptional service to patients and patrons by phone. You will follow policy and industry regulations while educating clients about benefits and promotions.

You’ll handle high-volume inquiries, resolve issues, and identify opportunities to enhance the customer experience. A background in call center support and Spanish language ability are preferred, with a focus on accuracy and empathy.

Formación

• High School diploma or GED required.
• Associate or Bachelor's degree in any field preferred.
• Minimum of 2 years’ experience in a call center.
• Bilingual in Spanish preferred.
• Excellent computer, language and reasoning skills.
• Excellent multitasking skills over the phone.

Responsabilidades

• Provide exceptional customer and patient service over the phone.
• Handle high volume inquiries professionally and resolve questions.
• Maintain and update customer information.
• De-escalate situations and ensure customer satisfaction.
• Promote loyalty program to increase enrollment.
• Identify cross-sell opportunities to enhance experience.
