The role emphasizes teamwork, product knowledge, and maintaining a clean, organized store environment while delivering excellent service. A high school diploma is required, with preferred bilingual Spanish abilities.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or GED required.
• Associate or Bachelor’s degree in any field preferred.
• Excellent computer, language and reasoning skills.
• Bilingual in Spanish preferred.
• Excellent multitasking skills over the phone.
• Occasionally requires local travel, as needed.

Responsibilities

• Adhere to the company mission and core values with professionalism.
• Provide outstanding customer service to patrons by answering questions or directing to appropriate channels.
• Lead store tours and make product recommendations based on product research.
• Maintain knowledge of patient/member benefits, discounts, and promotions to encourage memberships.
• Adhere to safety, health policies, and regulatory compliance for product handling.
• Keep the store clean and organized, stock items, and manage housekeeping tasks.
• Operate POS system and cash drawer accurately.
