Jushi Holdings Inc. is seeking a Customer Care Consultant to deliver exceptional customer and patient service in-store and over the phone. You will educate clients, assist with product selections, and promote memberships while adhering to safety and regulatory policies.

Qualifications

• Proficient in computer use and basic software
• Spanish language skills preferred
• Excellent multitasking and phone handling abilities
• Willingness to travel locally as needed

Responsibilities

• Provide outstanding customer service to patrons and patients via phone
• Lead store tours and recommend products based on research
• Explain member benefits, discounts, and promotions to customers
• Maintain knowledge of by‑product safety policies and regulatory compliance
• Operate POS system and manage cash handling
• Collaborate with team to meet sales and compliance goals
• Other duties as assigned
