Jushi Holdings Inc. in Las Vegas seeks a Customer Care Agent to deliver exceptional patient service by phone, educate clients, and support patrons in a fast-paced cannabis retail environment.

The role is part-time, onsite, with a per-hour wage of $17.50, requiring a high school diploma or GED and call center experience; bilingual Spanish preferred. You will handle high-volume inquiries, maintain records, and promote loyalty programs.

Formación

• High School diploma or GED required.
• Associate or Bachelor’s degree preferred.
• Minimum of 2 years’ experience in a call center.
• Excellent computer, language and reasoning skills.
• Bilingual in Spanish preferred.

Responsabilidades

• Adhere to mission, values, ethics and professionalism
• Provide great customer care
• Maintain and update customer information
• Handle high-volume inbound inquiries by phone with accurate service
• Resolve and de-escalate situations
• Know patient and member benefits, discounts, promotions, loyalty programs
• Identify needs and recommend products/services to increase sales
• Educate customers on loyalty program benefits
• All other duties as assigned
