Qualifications

• High School diploma or GED required.
• Associate or Bachelor's degree in any field preferred.
• Minimum of 2 years’ experience in a call center setting.
• Excellent computer, language and reasoning skills.
• Excellent multitasking skills over the phone.

Responsibilities

• Adhere to mission and core values with professionalism.
• Provide great customer care and accurate information by phone.
• Maintain and update customer records as needed.
• Handle high-volume inquiries and resolve questions or concerns.
• De-escalate situations and promote memberships as appropriate.
• Promote and educate customers on loyalty programs and benefits.
• Identify customer needs and suggest additional products or services.
• All other duties as assigned.
