Responsibilities

• Provide outstanding customer service to patrons and patients by answering questions or directing them to the right resource.
• Lead tours of the sales floor and make product recommendations based on research.
• Explain benefits, discounts, promotions and encourage memberships.
• Maintain knowledge of safety, health policies and regulatory compliance.
• Operate POS system and cash drawer; work as part of a team to meet goals.
