Jushi Holdings Inc. is seeking a Customer Care Agent in the United States to provide exceptional customer and patient service over the phone.

You will educate clients, resolve inquiries, and ensure adherence to policies and regulations while supporting loyalty programs. The role requires a high school diploma or GED, with a preference for an Associate or Bachelor’s degree and at least 2 years in a call center.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or GED required.
• Associate or Bachelor’s degree preferred.
• Minimum of 2 years’ experience in a call center.
• Excellent computer, language and reasoning skills.
• Bilingual in Spanish preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provide great customer care and patient service over the phone.
• Adhere to company policy and regulations while assisting patrons.
• Maintain and update customer information as needed.
• Professionally handle high-volume inquiries and resolve questions.
• De-escalate situations and promote loyalty program benefits.
• Identify customer needs and cross-sell products or services when appropriate.
• All other duties as assigned.
