• Assists patients in resolving account questions and concerns.
• Coordinating and completing financial assistance applications for charity care programs.
• Understanding the revenue cycle and escalation pathways.
• Contacting patients to obtain information needed to resolve insurance balances.
• Posting payments electronically and manually.
• Process creditor’s claims by watching for death notices and placing claims on estates.
