PFS Group in Uvalde, TX is hiring a Customer Service Representative to join our on-site call center. You will assist patients with account questions, explain bills, and set up payment options while delivering thoughtful, attentive service.

This entry-level role offers weekday shifts, a bonus program, PTO, health benefits, a company 401(k) with match, and potential remote work after 90 days based on performance.

Competenze

• Customer service mindset and strong verbal communication.
• Ability to stay calm under pressure during sensitive conversations.
• Experience in a call center or high-volume phone environment.
• Healthcare or insurance background is a plus.
• CUBS, EPIC, or similar platform experience is a plus.
• Bilingual (Spanish/English) is a plus.

Mansioni

• Communicate with patients by phone to resolve account balances
• Help patients understand their bill and assist with payment options
• Accurately document conversations and collect and verify patient information
• Interact with patients over the phone, aiming to achieve first-call resolution by demonstrating empathy, patience, and professionalism
• Meet daily and monthly performance metrics including call volume and quality
• Collaborate with team leads and trainers to grow your knowledge and effectiveness
