Job summary

Talentify seeks a Patient Service Representative to communicate calmly and professionally with patients and families, resolving questions and collecting outstanding balances. The role includes establishing payment plans and ensuring accurate billing processes in a healthcare setting.

The ideal candidate has a High School diploma and at least 3 years experience in hospital or physician billing, collections or auditing, and knowledge of Texas Medicaid, Medicare and commercial insurance.

Qualifications

• High School graduate required.
• Minimum 3 years’ experience in hospital or physician billing, collections and/or auditing preferred.
• Knowledge of Texas Medicaid, Medicare, Commercial insurance programs required.
• Strong interpersonal and communications skills essential.
