• Transfer calls with necessary context to Hospital or Professional Billing Revenue Specialist.
• Process credit card payments over the phone and note the account.
• Make outbound collection calls on self-pay patient accounts.
• Respond to emails within 24 hours via the [e-mail] mailbox.
