Job summary

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Provide customer service for hospital and professional billing inquiries.
• Handle all incoming and outgoing calls related to patient balances.
• Collect credit card payments over the phone and record the payment details.
• Update insurance and/or demographic information in the billing system.
• Review and adjust charity care claims as needed and discuss with supervisors.
