Qualifications

• 2+ years of customer service experience.
• Familiarity with EPIC EHR preferred.
• Strong communication and organizational skills required.

Responsibilities

• Explain benefits and financial responsibilities to patients.
• Screen patients for eligibility for programs and coverage.
• Verify current insurance coverage and identify gaps.
• Assist with enrollment and data entry in the EHR.
