Qualifications

• Experience as a pre-services coordinator or equivalent preferred.
• Ability to explain insurance coverage and patient benefits clearly.

Responsibilities

• Educate patients on insurance coverage, benefits, co-pays, and out-of-pocket costs.
• Assess patients' financial ability and discuss payment arrangements and financial aid options.
• Process reimbursement and liability forms for patient review and signatures.
