Qualifications

• Proficiency with computer systems and Microsoft Office (Word and Excel) required.
• Demonstrate knowledge of CPT coding and HCPCS coding applications.

Responsibilities

• Educates patients on insurance coverage, benefits, and co-pays.
• Assesses patients’ financial ability and discusses payment arrangements and assistance programs.
• Updates and maintains patient insurance eligibility and coverage in the system.
