Qualifications

• High School diploma or GED required.
• One year of office experience required.
• Must be fluent in Navajo and able to communicate in Navajo for enrollment assistance.
• Must have and maintain an unrestricted state driver’s license.
• Successful completion of background checks and fingerprint clearance required.

Responsibilities

• Assist with data entry functions related to program functions.
• Assist with calls and communication efforts for the Sponsorship program.
• Maintain a centralized file system for patient benefit coordinator files by patient name.
• Create and maintain patient financial folders for all encounters.
• Handle incoming mail and distribute it within the department.
