Responsibilities

• Assist with data entry related to program functions.
• Handle calls and communications for Sponsorship program.
• Maintain centralized files for patient benefit coordinator records.
• Create and manage patient financial folders for encounters.
• Process registration documents and benefits copies for folders.
• File and distribute patient benefit folders to appropriate staff.
• Assist with MOU/PHI handling in Navajo when needed.
• Conduct home visits for MOU/PHI signatures when travel is not possible.
• Wear proper PPE and follow safety protocols.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
