Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED is required.
• Basic Life Support (BLS) certification must be obtained within 3 months of hire.
• Six months of fast-paced office experience preferred.
• Excellent customer service, communications, and reporting skills.

Responsibilities

• Greets and assists patients, visitors, and callers professionally and records messages.
• Receives and logs daily referrals and notifications in the EMR system.
• Uploads referral docs and maintains accurate patient records.
• Performs daily data entry of referrals and notifications.
• Educates patients on the PRC scheduling process and required documents.
• Maintains inventory levels and coordinates purchasing as needed.
• Attends trainings and supports departmental development.
• Performs other duties as assigned.
