Job summary

You will provide clinical guidance, lead staff across multiple functions, and coordinate with nurses, physicians, and finance to ensure compliant, efficient referrals and payments.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's in Nursing required with current license.
• Must maintain BLS certification and NIMS within 6 months.
• Experience leading clinical teams and program management preferred.

Responsibilities

• Manage PRC program to meet strategic goals and objectives.
• Provide clinical oversight and coordinate with nurses, physicians and finance.
• Develop budgets and monitor PRC spending plans.
• Train staff on PRC workflow and billing procedures.
• Represent the PRC program in interagency meetings and with providers.
• Oversee referrals, eligibility, denials, and appeals.
