Qualifications

• Requires a high school diploma or GED.
• Six months in a fast-paced office with strong multitasking and accurate typing.
• BLS from the American Heart Association (AHA) required or to be obtained within 90 days of hire.
• Excellent customer service and telephone communication skills.
• Proficient computer skills.

Responsibilities

• Participates in daily huddles to review patient flow and follow-up needs.
• Acts as the clinic’s electronic health record (EHR) super user and trains new staff.
• Manages scheduling, referrals, health records maintenance, and data retrieval from EHR.
• Ensures appointments are scheduled with the patient’s assigned PCP and maintains wait lists.
• Oversees provider capabilities documentation and tracks patient panels.
• Maintains PPE and follows safety protocols.
• Completes patient care documentation in real time.
• Performs other duties as assigned.
