Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Greet patients, guests, and employees entering the facility with a warm, professional demeanor.
• Assist with patient check-in and registration, including online applications and basic troubleshooting.
• Update patient demographics and insurance information; schedule appointments and assist with referrals.
• Collect copayments and document transactions accurately.
• Communicate with patients and staff to address questions and resolve issues; support service recovery when needed.
