Job summary

HCA Healthcare's TriStar Greenview Regional Hospital seeks a Patient Experience Concierge PRN to greet patients, assist with check-in, and manage lobby flow. You will model AIDET guidelines and support a positive patient experience in a fast-paced registration area.

Responsibilities include guiding patients, answering questions, and coordinating with nursing staff while ensuring a clean, welcoming lobby and timely updates to leadership.

Qualifications

• Minimum 3 years of patient access, hotel, restaurant, retail, or customer service experience.
• High school diploma or GED preferred.
• Hospitality experience is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Greet patients and guests in the registration lobby with professionalism.
• Assist with check-in and direct patient flow to minimize wait times.
• Model AIDET guidelines in all patient interactions.
• Oversee front desk and lobby area to maintain tidiness and safety.
• Provide updates on patient flow to leadership and address concerns.
