Qualifications

• BLS certification is preferred or required as applicable.

Responsibilities

• Greet patients, visitors, and staff in a courteous, professional manner.
• Answer phone calls promptly and direct to appropriate departments.
• Assist with directions, wheelchair requests, and patient transport coordination as needed.
• Register visitors and print badges while ensuring HIPAA compliance.
• Respond to inquiries, resolve concerns, and escalate issues to the appropriate supervisor.
