• Maintain accurate clinical information in medical records and inpatient registration or other systems.
• Ensure patient safety, empathy, and professional conduct; respond to complaints.
• Conduct safety checks and supervise as required by guidelines.
• Assist with transportation and follow-up paperwork for incidents.
• Perform data entry and ensure timely documentation.
