Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree preferred; Social Services field is a plus.
• One or more years’ experience in healthcare preferred.
• CPR certification and de-escalation/restraint training required (training available upon hire).
• First aid may be required based on state or facility.

Responsibilities

• Greet and search new patients upon arrival.
• Handle paperwork, data entry, insurance claims, and phone calls.
• Explain forms and admit patients to the assigned program.
• Ensure timely, accurate admission paperwork and notify staff of arrivals.
• Document clinical information in medical records and inpatient registration systems.
• Provide a safe, supportive environment and strong customer service.
• Coordinate transportation or escort patients as needed.
• Conduct 15-minute safety checks and observe patients.
