Green Valley Health and Wellness Suites is seeking an Admissions Coordinator who serves as the first point of contact for new patients and families. The role focuses on creating a positive first impression, handling admissions paperwork, and guiding referrals through the tour and admission process.

The position requires strong customer service skills, healthcare experience, and the ability to discuss medical terminology with physicians and staff.

Formación

• 1+ year of experience in admissions in a healthcare environment.
• Long term care experience is required.
• Knowledge of medical terminology to discuss clinical evaluations.

Responsabilidades

• Develop and manage initial contact with discharge planners, families, or responsible parties to initiate tours and follow-up procedures.
• Manage the tour process to promote conversion of referrals to admissions and train staff for tours.
• Manage the admissions process, complete paperwork accurately and courteously, share information with relevant departments.
