Qualifications

• 0–1 year of experience in admissions, intake, or referral coordination preferred.
• 1–3 years of experience with insurance verification and authorization preferred.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate intake and referral process for patient admissions.
• Assist in determining admission appropriateness with clinical team.
• Complete admission and insurance forms accurately and compliantly.
• Maintain documentation of referrals, admission decisions, and communications.
• Provide updates on admission status to internal teams and partners.
• Support discharge or aftercare planning with the care team.
• Ensure compliance with regulatory and accreditation standards.
• Resolve routine data-entry or insurance verification issues; escalate when needed.
• Maintain regular attendance and follow policies.
