Job summary

Talentify is seeking an Admitting Representative to ensure accurate patient data collection during registration and admission. You will assign bed locations, verify insurance, and obtain all needed consents and forms.

The role requires bilingual Spanish/English ability, fast and accurate typing, and strong attention to detail. You will support walk-ins at the Patient and Family Service Center and guide patients through admission policies.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent is required.
• Six months of admitting or registration experience is preferred.
• Bi-lingual Spanish/English is required.
• Proficient typing (30-35 wpm) with accuracy.
• Strong attention to detail and data integrity.
• Ability to work with minimal supervision and be a team player.
• Experience with EPIC is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Obtain complete and accurate patient data during registration/admission.
• Assign beds for all inpatient admissions and verify insurance.
• Obtain consents and required admission forms.
• Capture data for birth certificates, paternity forms, and related documents.
• Inform patients of admission policies and assist walk-ins at the Patient and Family Service Center.
