Aquent is seeking a Patient Account Representative to serve as the first contact for patients, their representatives, and insurers. You will provide critical support for account inquiries, ensuring accurate information and timely resolutions in a high-volume healthcare environment.

Ideal candidates bring strong communication, reliability, and multitasking abilities, with experience in an inbound call center or revenue cycle setting.

Formación

• Minimum 1 year of experience in customer service, an inbound call center environment, healthcare revenue cycle, or related fields.
• Proven ability to manage a high volume of inbound calls (e.g., 45-50 calls per day, 6-8 calls per hour).
• Strong verbal communication skills with excellent telephone etiquette.
• Mandatory strong attendance background and reliability.
• Ability to navigate multiple computer systems.

Responsabilidades

• Respond to a high volume of inbound calls from patients, representatives, and insurance companies regarding patient accounts.
• Research and resolve complex account inquiries by accessing and updating information across multiple systems.
• Generate written requests for follow-up activities and document interactions.
• Process written requests from various departments in a timely and precise manner.
• Utilize scripts and resources to provide accurate information.
• Maintain expertise in client policies, procedures, and reference materials.
• Contribute to special projects and assignments and meet deadlines.
• Adhere to all company policies, procedures, and compliance requirements.
