Responsibilities

• Answer inbound customer service calls with a patient-focused, service-oriented approach.
• Determine the caller’s needs and resolve questions, concerns or problems on first contact when possible.
• Escalate to a supervisor or refer to an expert as needed for complex issues.
• Resubmit corrected claims and supporting documentation as required for patient experience.
• Coordinate with other departments to ensure proper handling of patient accounts.
