Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED or 3 years relevant equivalent experience.
• 0-2+ years working in insurance, business, finance or customer service.
• Experience in healthcare, insurance claims, billing, or related responsibilities.

Responsibilities

• Handle incoming and outgoing calls to patients and insurance companies to resolve accounts.
• Follow client policies and procedures; perform assigned duties promptly.
• Assist with policy statuses, insurance verifications and account updates.
• Provide strong customer service and clear written/verbal communication.
• Research and respond to patient inquiries via phone, mail and email.
• Operate in a hybrid Mitchell, SD office; eight-hour shift between 8:00 AM CT and 6:00 PM CT.
